Is it? They announced the release date like a month ago. If it gets a huge delay a month after announcing the release date, isn't that a sign of incompetence?

They specifically stated that it was the result of wanting to respond to player feedback after the beta. Listening to feedback and putting it back into the oven to tune is about as competant as you can get in that situation. Alternatively, they pull a Ubisoft and release a mediocre game that they fix later, which I'm strongly opposed to.
