I was last sick about 6 years ago. Possibly, I'm not sure. Ate much too much Christmas chocolate, in too short a space of time.

nothing you haven't heard already im sure
if you've got watery shits just avoid solid food and drink tons of water. eat clear broth and yogurt if you're not lactose intolerant. maaaybe a banana could be good i also recommend you splurge on some soft tp my man if it's particularly bad stomach stuff you might even need antibiotics :grimace: --- ...
