I have a fireplace that stands out from the wall and was thinking of building a fireplace wall (no idea how they are called) that just surrounds the whole fireplace wall to give it a nice look.
Problem is, I have no idea where to even start. I do not want a mantel but rather the complete wall around it. Any CExpert knows where I could start looking for such a thing? Like what should I be searching for, services that provide such thing or if this is a DYI only thing.
