Time for a new show I guess. Hmm....

Being the Elite 1-3: I am tired of not knowing what any of this is, so it edges out Miraculous for the Western show slot! It would help if I knew the Jacksons apart, but I imagine I will before too long. I expected jokes and plotline off the bat, but this kinda documentary stuff is kinda cool too! One of them has a super cute daughter, and it's fun that they brought their folks along. This whole clique seems like pretty cool dudes.

WoR: Gaz is back, nice! I was just thinking about him and had figured somebody had simply shanked him or something.

ARIA 4- That Undeliverable Letter...: We meet our friend Woody, a Sylph. These guys are messengers and delivery people- it's mentioned that there are people of the four classical elements, but to my recollection Sylphs, Undines, and Salamanders only make three. We have to team up with him to go to an island to deliver a letter because we promised a loli who is almost certainly a long-dead ghost. We find a sunken town, and a graveyard, which includes the recipient. It's a video greeting from his wife- he was here to terraform the planet. The girl was a cat! Only halfway saw that coming. Well heck I didn't wanna be sad today but there's the bittersweet end.

Sanctuary: Megalith went down with surprising ease, and I unlocked Swift Hands, which I have swapped in.

WoR: I kinda wanna play a game based on (or inspired by) (what we know so far of) the Heralds' situation: you have to get mankind ready to survive the apocalypse, and ideally some of that knowledge will survive with them so they'll not have to start from scratch when you come back in a few millenia

Universal Baseball Association: why are we having a gratuitous rape flashback in a book about tabletop baseball sims. Although now that the plot twist has happened, I suspect this is going to be going more in a psychological direction anyway.

SSBU: I have all the characters! Now my focus turns somewhat towards online and trying to improve myself (...gotta lot of room to do that with Incineroar! >_>) but also still planning to finish WoL and clear out some challenges.

WoR: I am entertained by Sabariel and Polona. There are a few unsolved mysteries floating around, but the one that is interesting to me is the sabotaged railing. Moash is a bit too obvious, Teft is up to SOMETHING, there's that random new guy who showed up, Allokar has a history of false flagging himself, Shin makes sense if there are Listener abilities we don't know, heck even Rinarin or Saddeus maybe could've done it because ???.

Sorry Tom, I haven't commented here since the 11th, but yeah, I'm still around, just really busy over the last week or so.

As for FFVII, I'm on Disc 3, and have 3 Enemy Skill Materias with the full spell list of 24/24 slots filled. That will actually be the first time I've ever had max Enemy Skill Materias. Well, without a guide, it doesn't help that there is two spells that can be missed permanently.

First you've got Trine, which has an enemy in a temporary area of the game that can't be returned too after certain events, and the rest of the chances of getting it are from a few bosses otherwise.

Secondly there's Pandora's Box, where the enemy, Dragon Zombie, only uses it once as a Final Attack after killing it the first time. Any other encounters of the enemy in the same save file will never trigger the attack again.

Trails: I ran out of attention span before talking to everybody in Grancel, but not many of them had much to say besides "hey these soldiers are weird something's up" anyway. Into the sewers! The bad news is I'm supposed to be going to a marked location on my map, and my map...doesn't seem to have a mark.

WoR: Come to think of it, shouldn't Syl and Pattern have had some sort of reaction to each other?

WoR theory: Graves kept using the blowgun because it messed with the disguise
WoR predix: Kal and Shallan eventually bump into each other at some sorta ghostblood rally or whatever they're getting mixed up in, and promptly both get the exact wrong idea about the other
WoR opinion: this Shallan backstory just keeps gettin' darker and she hasn't even killed her dad yet

UBA: oh this has to go back to the library sooner than I thought so get ready for a speedrun. The in-universe bar scene kinda lost me for a while, partially because I don't know the characters well, but maybe I'm not really supposed to. It is interesting to see the guy kinda slowly break down, but I'm not looking forward to a whole half a book of watching him lose it, and I don't really see any other way this story could end.

Stardom 16.3.6: Anou v. Hojo: ***

Persona: Man this got derailed hard by Smash. Morgana buddy how doin? Hermit 7! Futaba might just make it, and now we have something to do in Mementos. Meanwhile Mishima is getting sketchier and sketchier. We went and yelled at his Shadow lol. Time to Mementos I guess! Shogimom went down remarkably easily. Forgot about the guy scamming old folks, but got him too.

Pokemon: I like going places out of order, but the Tentacool line is getting really annoying to fight, and I don't think I can get much farther or find much interesting at this point anyway. On my way back from Olivine, I found a farm! But I don't have any berries to give the Miltank. :( My Slowpoke learned Confusion so that's helpful.

UBA: A weird and uncomfortable ending. I liked the concept and the setup, but it just kinda went goofy on me and I can't really say I recommend it.

One of my students' dads randomly loaned me his copy of Kingdom Come, and I just finished that up. A lot of the lore went over my head because I'm not a big comics guy, but it was still very interesting! Kinda wanna read more now.

Being the Elite 4-7: Still can't reliably tell the Young Bucks apart, still just a vlog with some chill wrestler dudes, daughters and dad still cute, still enjoying it and wishing I was more familiar with their body of work. The most important thing though was Omega getting a Kirby out of the claw machine and singing the victory jingle.

Aria 5- To That Island That Shouldn't Exist...: We all have mysterious invitations to Neverland on a desert island! Turns out we're here for intensive training, in swimsuits of course. ...And that's about the whole episode, other than a bit of reinforcement for how positive Akari is. ...I'm okay with it; if I wanted a complicated gritty dark world I'd go outside.

WoR: I didn't expect a conversation about pooping to be a highlight, but here we are. On a more serious note, Shallan's drink got more than three words of description, so I am just waiting for the forkroot to kick in so she can spend the second half of the book captured and helpless.

LP MGS4 1-3: We have a robot buddy! Nice. I also appreciate the ipod.

8-bit: Not a ton happening really atm.
