From what it appears, a witness published a video of the event, which caused the police to raid his home. There appears to be a big media blackout in Germany relating to the story. It seems like the only websites reporting on this are those that have a very obvious anti-muslim agenda. Seems I misread, he was not himself the witness, he found the video on a witness's blog and then posted it on youtube.
