Current Events > How do you meet people at concerts without appearing clingy?

Going to one tonight, literally only know one of the band members playing so I can't hang with her the whole time. I don't have a problem starting or keeping conversation, but I get self conscious about appearing clingy or annoying.

There a way to attach myself like a leech to someone for the night? Not looking to get laid or anything, just someone to shoot shit with.

Catch a buzz and just find someone that seems relatable or wait for a moment. You always bump into someobody, or wearing the same shirt or some shit, all types of random little things that can spark some talk.

I've been to a few alone but a couple of those were snoop and cypress hill so that definitely made it easier.

True, my first step is always to get a little buzz. Loosens up and easy to meet people at the bar. Used to be easier just to smoke but I quit

Well I aced this shit, ended up meeting people through the 2 people I actually knew there. Never actually been to a concert like this before.

I mean like a big name concert? Absolutely. I'm talking local concerts where it's more people who knows the band members or whatever. More intimate where you meet more poeole than you expected even if solo.

Basically. I talked to people I met through 2 people I already knew, but it was only at the bar.

Like I said, bar rules;
- Dress nice, be polite.
- Befriend the staff/bartender.
- Go to the bar (or, in this case, go to a section where 'singles' are mingling).
