This is also at least the 4th or 5th topic I've seen in the past few years where something machete-related has happened and I've shown up to proclaim my innocence. Once in real life too. There was a machete attack in a nearby city and co-workers at the time joked around about thinking it was me (happened when I had a few days off in a row).
