just learned that if you have an itchy scalp and are losing or having thinning hair then its because you have a fungus problem because the body is inflammed and hormones are not at optimum levels or ratios. cure is to ditch the grains so the gut lining can heal because most likely you have leaky gut. it sucks but it can be stopped and even reversed.

Itchy scalp is a symptom of inflammation yes, but fungus may or may not be the cause. You can have itchy scalp as a symptom of male pattern baldness. Fact is, thinning hair/balding is caused by DHT. The only way to slow that or slightly reverse it is a combo of finasteride and rogaine.
