Assuming it IS specifically showing stuff they put in, and not just a weird CN thing, it adds good weight to the theory that Greg had some idea.

Also, IIRC based on the Bingo (bongo) card for S5 being almost entirely a blackout at this point, we should be getting a new fusion in either this batch of episodes or the next~!

I don't think he knew all the details, but I feel like he knows more than Garnet and Amethyst. Since he did say she tried to confess everything to him, but that he told her what matters is who she was now.
