real actual mashed potatoes are best (just more work involved). instant is passable yet delicious.
if country gravy was easier to make (pain in the foot to get the clumps out). i would use that for the topper.

i have the choice of having mashed potatoes but i think i'm going to just have a cheeseburger tonight with fresh beef.
