The 2 half circles next to each other in her torso present her bilateral mammary glands. The green represents the visible portion of her bra. Note the clear line of sight to both her boob slings as well as the thingy-dingy that attaches said boob slings to each other in order to (unfortunately) prevent the glands from flopping out. Her shirt was unbuttoned way below the bottom of her bra and was basically halfway down her torso with no undershirt at all. Just the bra.
