disagree. their constituency would love for them to do that. The GOP did it for quite a lot longer. They were rewarded by american voters. The message is "if you're the opposition party, fuck up America and voters will blame the other side." Quirk of the low level of attention voters pay.

I mean they would literally have to take and hold the floor of the senate, continually, for 8 months. Unlike when the republicans just refused to call a vote, nothing else would be able to be accomplished. They would have to prevent a vote on whomever Trump nominates by never letting the vote be called in the first place. There's no way that would be looked upon kindly except for the hardest of the hard left.
