all my grandparents died more than a decade ago. and they were too old to understand what the internet was.

She's nearly blind, has no access to a computer, cell phone or the internet, and literally doesn't know how to work a television. She makes other people change channels for her.

I'd be furious at all the work I've had to do for her over the years when she was clearly capable of doing things herself.
