Enjoyed 3, but where 4 takes place looks really interesting to me

It's almost identical to 3 in almost every way except the setting.

Even the weapon sandbox is 90% identical.

If you enjoyed 3 then you'll enjoy 4, it's more of the same which isn't always a bad thing.

Setting is hit or miss depending on what you like

Not really. It was like 3 but weaker, and the sound was absolutely terrible. All the voices sounded like 64 kbps.

The sound quality has been that way since at least 2.

Yeah I feel like the sound quality and 3 was pretty terrible, but I still really enjoyed the game

I loved it. Improved on 3 in every way IMO and Pagan Min is an awesome character.
