Yeah, if there's a region issue, there's always the Steam card option...at least, it was mentioned before, so I've been mirroring what I've seen when mentioning possible work arounds Do you know how that works exactly? This can be difficult since we usually do entry by game instead of price. Just a thought I see no reason to not just do it as getting an entry for each game the person purchases with the gift card (like the person who got one previously purchased Valiant Hearts and FF9).
