Relativity has been proven, its no longer a theory. You cant erase facts because you disagree with his opinions.

You don't know what a scientific theory is or why science being unable to prove things is a feature and not a problem, but that is a normal result from American education, so it's not really your fault. Scientific theories represent a best guess explanation using the currently available data. Theories can and do change or get discarded as we gather more data. This is a good thing. We can never 100% now something in science because there are always alternative explanations. So instead we try to come up with the best possible explanation we can based on the current evidence.

Gravity is an observable natural phenomena, and relativity is the current best theory to explain it.
