I saw a series of videos of these people ripping apart bodies of people they had just killed. Just digging right into the fat and organs, ripping them out and eating them.

In terms of pure grotesqueness, that'd be it, but I also saw a video of a guy getting castrated in his room which bothered me more. No idea what the circumstances were - it definitely wasn't an operating room, and the person doing it definitely wasn't wearing proper surgical attire or even used proper tools. But he didn't resist or anything.
