My parents were really upset that when I got engaged, I didn't ask my fiance to include my sister in her bridal party, "because she's your only sibling". My mum had one of her brothers in my dad's groomsparty when they got married and is super, super close with her family. We are too, but I'm not as close to my family as she is. My reaction was... well, my fiance picks her bridal party and I pick my groomsparty... and I wouldn't have thought to tell my fiance who I want in her bridal party? Thoughts CE? There's plenty of people that don't include their siblinh in this type of situation.
