What in the literal fuck? Open your eyes, people! The DemoRATS just trying to keep the rich richer, and the poor poorer!

Why should the common man have the ability to succeed financially? And why should I be happy unemployment is down!?

https://ijr.com/2018/06/1101661-nancy-pelosi-downplays-unemployment-rate/

What is wrong with this party? So focused on trying to demonize Trump that theyll downplay anything - even wish for an economic collapse - which would harm Americans!

But nobody on here will criticize them for this

I think that the sentiment of "I hope our economy fails" is dumb, but "These policies will make our economy fail and I hope it happens sooner rather than later so we can actually punish the people responsible" isn't.

The party of "short term gains at the expense of the long term" obviously sees it differently.

7.50x40=300
300x4 (roughly how many weeks per month)=1,200.

Can you live off that each month? Can a single parent household live off that each month? Don't bother answering cause I'm sure you'll come up with some crazy mental gymnastics on how it is fine. Simple fact is, there are millions of adults working minimum wage jobs and just because they're employed, that does not guarentee them a decent quality of life.

@justaguy3492

It's like you live in a completely black and white world and there isn't a whole spectrum of color in the middle.

Most people don't work min-wage jobs to survive and if they are they should be trying to grow themselves with skill or education.

Also, you failed to recognize that people do get subsidized from local and federal government as well as taxed at lower rates or not taxed at all.

Try harder.

He's more than that. When I was a Democrat, I used to like him. When Bush was the President his show felt like an underground bunker where common sense reigned supreme. He would criticize the Dems, too. He was fair. He was funny as well. - And he knew more about politics than your average late night host.

Now he's gone off the friggin deep end. Most likely for ratings - which is what he did once Obama won and things got stagnant (by stagnant I mean things got boring for the show since a Democrat was Prez). He literally started to side with John McCain a year into Obama's presidency.

The thing is, Trump is abysmal as our President in almost every way. There should be more than one instance from anyone.

Bill Maher is also abysmal and not many people will support him in regards to anything.

It's odd you still support Trump.

Because while the NFL thing was botched and specifically I mean the whole Philadelphia Eagles thing: I tend to look at the bigger picture. Unemployment being down. Taxes down. Economy booming. Backing out of all these ridiculous treaties Obama entered into without Congress approval. I'm not gonna feel too bad for millionaire players who had their feelings hurt. That's low on my list.

And yes, the NFL thing did reveal that Trump has a rather childish side to him. But...most billionaires and millionaires do...he's really no different than any boss I've worked under in my entire life. And my bosses - while they were dicks at times, did love us, and they were trying to do the right thing for everyone, specifically, their business, their customers, and their employees.

Yeah, and personally, I believe Trump is giving up the remainder of his life to serve the rest of the American population and is trying to make it so that anyone can succeed in this great nation. I think he's got balls and is more intelligent than the Dems are letting on. He may be shrewd and downright dickish, but that comes with the territory imo. They're too busy focused on grammar, and trying to fit his attitude into a narrative. I think Trump is an enigma.

From what I understand, the Eagles didn't submit who was coming until the last second. The White House needs this information for security purposes. That being said, Trump poked his head a little too much on Twitter, and then demeaned the players. So...

no it's not. Trump has been naked about his corruption. Even if you think his policies are somehow for the betterment of the nation, there's no reconciling that with his decisions to have the Secret Service pay the Trump brand directly and his blatant disregard for the truth. He says what's convenient for him, it has nothing to do with the rest of the country.
