I had a solid routine for over a year I kept up with, but I've been slacking the past month-ish, haven't gone at all the past 2 weeks.

Yeah. Whole body 4-5 days a week usually. Was just at home for around 4 months. Just started going to the gym a couple weeks ago.

I work out six days a week. Split up muscle groups, maybe 15-20 minutes of cardio after each session.

Six days is probably overkill, but I find I just don't have the same energy/mood lift on the days that I miss.

I lift 3-4 times a week, depending on how much recovery I need at the time, and do Muay Thai/kickboxing 3-4 days as well, and then do my own cardio usually twice a week. One full day of complete rest.

Yeah, I do lifting 4-5 days a week and light cardio.

I'm trying to implement cycling 5-6 days a week and start using my bike for smaller errands rather than driving.
