He decided to take a cash payout instead of regular installments and was given 182 million before taxes!! He spoke at a press conference and said "My day has come". He declined to state what country he immigrated from but dailymail has found out that he came from Africa and is a Muslim. He bought the winning ticket at the last minute while returning something to Shoprite and he was working as an accountant for a food importing company and just had to REMORTGAGE his home so he could send his daughter to college.. He took the ticket home and forgot all about it until he was running errands and checked his numbers... The store clerk apparently JUMPED UP AND DOWN realizing he had the winning numbers as they said "oh my god, oh my god, oh my god" and Tayeb said his heart went like a Tom and Jerry cartoon as it went BOOM BOOM He could barely drive home after that as he was so shaken up that his life has changed forever and it took 2 hours to fill out lottery forms.
