meanwhile I couldnt even fucking run in fourth grade because of asthma

it seems like everyone just ignores me and wants to hurt me

because mommy and daddy provided a great base meanwhile my father didn't even hold me or say anything uplifting to me because he never met me and didn't care

My mom said I might have to go to a group home cause I can't even handle life here with her.

whenI was younger I thought I was normal but I quickly learned I wasn't now I'm fully aware I'm not normal I just try to live everyday doing what I can to be happy with what god has given me you guys act like mental illiness is easy to over come and get your shit together let me tell you it's a lot more complex then that life is tough yes it's double times tough with what I have everything that I get or do I have to work double hard it's just I wake up trying to my best but my back breaks just trying to be successful

I hope you never have to go through what I went through.

That's what I did/do and I'm willing to bet my upbringing and experiences will make you shudder. At the very least be on par.

If things are really as bad as you're saying with keeping your sanity you need to figure out some coping mechanisms and stop externalizing all this hate. That doesn't mean you need to internalize it either though.

Without going into depth about the rest all I can really say is a walk is probably a great idea. If you enjoy nature get in tune with all the beauty out there. Don't overthink or focus on the social aspects just do you and whatever you enjoy doing and the rest may come naturally. Can't say it will for sure but I can say the chances are definitely better. Forcing things only leads to more misery and dwelling on disappointment which in turn makes this a self perpetuating cycle.
