Essentially he claims that the prosecutors withheld evidence that would benefit him and lied and new evidence being found to charge him 5 years after the incident was investigated already.

This will be interesting to see where it goes. I don't believe the case is frivolous in the least. He believes that his life was ruined over false claims when it was found he acted within the law.
