Ill be real with you TC, i don't give a shit about the person or their game that much, but so far you haven't given any proof to the claims, and no, a 2 hour video made by some random asshat on youtube doesn't count.

Reusing asset is a non-issue. Small time devs usually use these to bypass having to hire artists etc but also in a legal fashion. Otherwise people also like sticking to pixel art because those are cheaper on a smaller scale

The real issue is the sheer multi-layered scope creep this guy displays at regular intervals with people praising him out the ass that pretty much renders it impossible for this game to ever be done or gather realistic and focused goals. By his pace, he will literally finish this game in like 8 years, but most likely during those 8 years he will have added even more goals and other gameplay elements to the point where I feel like his version of Unity will be so outdated and his project elongated a few more years.

It got famous because of the memes that rose from the sandbox mode. In his arrogance, he chose not to simply redirect his focus on to finishing a more comprehensive sandbox sim game first and then work on his full game on a grander scale with people on salary from the capital gained from selling his sandbox game. If he made the right choices, we wouldn't be seeing another project joining a long line of indie projects that'll never be finished in this lifetime

The asset isn't really the biggest issue.

He streams all the time while he constantly tells his fans he's spending all his time working on the game. Streaming wouldn't be a problem if he was actually accomplishing anything. Osana is the tutorial rival who still isn't in the game after 4 years because he would rather add useless memes or add something not related to the core part of the game (like the Yakuza).

He could simply pay someone to help him, but he's an amateur who can't take critism.

He's not really changing scope as much as not making progress on what he's stated he needs to get done and instead either fixes the same bug over, adds useless shit, or adds something that should be added after the core game is done.

He disabled comments starting with an earlier video. Also it's kinda funny how he compares himself to AAA titles and thinks his game is anywhere near as complex as Hitman.
