Im not the greatest chef, but Im pretty good at fried eggs and over easy fried eggs. I pretty much like eggs prepared in any way. :D

Butter or cooking oil. While the egg is cooking Sunny side up spoon the oil or melted butter over the top.of the egg. It cooks the white on top of the yolk and makes flips a lot less yolk breaking.

I can't stand the yolk so I won't eat fried or boiled eggs. An omelet, sure but not any other way pretty much.
