Depends on the day. We are allowed hour lunches where I work, but you can take 30 minutes as long as it won't put you over 8 hours for the day or 40 hours for the week.

I'm on my lunch at work right now, actually. They only scheduled me for 7 hours, so I'm taking 30 minutes.
