I feel like the people who use the term soyboy probably consume more soy than most guys. They don't come off as health conscious and so they probably eat things like processed Skippy peanut butter which is filled with soy whereas the people they call soyboys probably only eat natural peanut butter that doesn't have soy and watch the foods they eat and thus probably have eliminated most soy out of their diet.
