So we have a multi-printer scanner faxing machine. This lady is trying to scan 8 papers to a PDF. For some reason our machine only catches and scans up to 6 papers(yes it should be able to scan tons of tons of paper) and she gets apeshit mad about it. She tells my boss about it and he goes into a crazy in-depth investigation why this is happening. He deduces there's something wrong with the scanner or the paper we're using is bad so the scanner won't properly catch it.

So he goes apeshit mad at me for buying cheap papers, and I told him we've been using the same printer paper for 5 years. So now he wants me to schedule a technician to come look at our scanner. I told him and the lady "Why can she just scan 6 pages at a time? Why does it HAVE to be 8 pages at a time"? She basically told me she just prefers it that way and it should work that way and she don't want to have it work any other way, especially my way.

It's Friday, I don't want to argue with dumbasses at work. We'll pay 1k for a technician to come look at it to appease this lady. I love my job.

Dunno. Sometimes Chrome loads up a websight well and FireFox doesn't. The point I was trying to get across was "Let's work around what we have" but no one wanted to hear that.
