That one sort of annoyed me lol. I understand playing video games, but the arcade was a silly idea. He was still struggling with human concepts even before he started to go senile, putting him in a place full of screaming kids and games. And then trying to cheer up Ruby with Dance Dance Revolution when she discovered a week ago that her mom is probably dead and a murderous alien is piloting her body.

Diggle got his hopes up that he would take over the GA mantle. Then he had to deal with Oliver just doing it 'temporarily' forever. I think his character moving to ARGUS is the best thing to happen to him in a while. He was stagnating and now he has something unique to provide the show.
But both of those things are dumb. Oliver didn't have to confess to the FBI for so many reasons. ARGUS should have been able to help, he has Barry on speed-dial, Sarah showed up, Cisco could get Supergirl in to obliterate Diaz, Oliver could just do it his-damn-self, etc.
Diggle getting pissy because he can't be GA is dumb. The actual reason, him disagreeing with Oliver's choices, was also dumb because Diggle was there all damn season and didn't utter a peep. ---
Oliver was fine until the last episode where he randomly decided that the best way to keep his team safe is confess to the FBI that they're all vigilantes and then abandon his son to go to jail.
Diggle's bullshit with wanting to become Green Arrow was bullshit.

That's a good point, I think just getting him an Xbox or something would have worked better, but as I was watching it it felt nice to see. ---
