But we are beyond a fixing point and people will always have them, legally or illegally. Laws will just prevent law abiding citizens from bringing the guns. Criminals and killers wouldn't give a shit and still do it. It's the damn bathroom debate. Laws won't stop assaults. Laws won't stop guns entering no gun areas. We need to mentally fix the people who are fucked up enough to do these actions and allow those who are capable to pass strict regulation tests to have handguns concealed. Situations like this is why. However on school CAMPUSES, the only people who should be there with guns are cops and cops only.
