thats not what makes me not play it. its the fact that you're forced to join with randoms for a bunch of missions, and if you're doing it for the first time and aren't yet sure the boss' gimmick or whatever, those randoms are 80% of the time total assholes.

thats not what makes me not play it. its the fact that you're forced to join with randoms for a bunch of missions, and if you're doing it for the first time and aren't yet sure the boss' gimmick or whatever, those randoms are 80% of the time total assholes.

.....People are generally only assholes when youre farming bosses but dont know mechanics. Otherwise theyre friendly tbh.

Literally no one cares if people are doing things the first time blindly for story content, end game content you are expected to know if you show up late

The levels up until you get Fire III and Blizzard III are mind numbingly boring but it gets fun after that, especially when you get Fire IV and Blizzard IV

Man I remember when Flare was good. Always felt so nice to use it, especially when you double down on it with Convert and Swiftcast. What server are you on, Redux?

I love it. It can be a bit of bore to level, but I never minded that. The job is pretty much the same until you hit 50, then it changes again drastically when you need to set up for Fire and Blizard IV in your rotation.

The basics of the class it's a stationary nuke. Takes some prep to get into your nuke rotation, and you need to kinda stand still as much as possible, which makes the job so fun since most of the bosses in this game requires you to move out of AoE, so you gotta learn how to maximize damage while doing boss mechanics because if you don't do it well, your damage is quite bad. It's hard to master the class but once you do, you do big damage.

It's still good. Now you can use it more, since at 66 I think or 68 you get a trait that makes it so if you have 3 umbral hearts you Flare takes 1/3 of your mana instead of all. But it consumes all umbral hearts, but you can do a Blizzard 3 then Blizzard 4 if you have enochian up to get your umbral hearts back.
