Savannah Phillips, an Oklahoma woman has praised a good Samaritan who DEFENDED her after he intervened with a passenger on a plane who fat shamed her by calling her a "SMELLY FATTY"!! (Before you're wondering how i know she's conservative..thanks to facebook, i snooped on her profile too since that's where dailymail got her pics)

She was on a United Airlines flight from Oklahoma to Chicago when she sat next to a man who she said was in his 60's and a comedian..

She wrote "As soon as i got buckled, he sat back down...his phone was maybe 12 inches from my face and he proceeded to text someone that he was sitting next to a smelly fatty. I don't even know what the rest of his text said. I turned my head away as fast as i could. I was shocked and it was like confirmation of the negative things i think about myself on a daily basis. Before i knew it, i could feel hot, salty tears coming down my face"

But another man sitting across saw the whole thing and then got up his seat and tapped the man on the shoulder and said "i need to talk to you"

The man took his earphones out and turned around as the man said "We're switching seats right now"

She said the man who saved her said he would not tolerate the text messages he was sending and the 2 switched seats..

Savannah then said "When he sat down he saw me crying and asked why i was crying. He said to not let it get to me and not to worry about and we started making small talk which me feel better"

That passenger was later to be named as Chase Irwin, a manager at Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row Bar and restaurant in Nashville. He said the man was texting his wife that was sitting next to a smelly fatty and was about to vomit and he watched Savannah looking at his text and looking said.

He said "Should i New Mexico slap the f*** out of him or just say something when landing?"...

He said he didn't intervene for publicity but that it gets to him deep down when he sees someone crying and sick to his stomach. He also claims the fat shamer asked him why he wanted to switch seats and he told him "Because you're a heartless person, i read your text and the girl next to you crying also read your text. And you should really take into consideration other people's feelings".

Savannah now thanks him as she was blessed that God sent him to her...but she's already MARRIED with kids. They were given FREE DRINKS as she said he is now her "hero"

Would you have done the same thing Chase did if you saw a man fat shaming someone on their phone?
