Physically around Namek saga fighters, but slower. Weaker than Vegeta, Piccolo, Goku and Freiza(no Goku never struggled to LIFT 40 tons, he was weighed down by 40 tons...big difference like how 10lb ankle weights make my legs heavy but i leg press over 300lbs).

Thor was incapacitated and knocked out by the slave disc(setting aside the fact that shocking Thor should do literally nothing). He beat Hulk, he is stronger and more durable than Hulk and he has only fought seriously for the one minute in which he completely dominated hulk.

I know. Except the full KO was from Hulk jumping really high and stomping his face in. But yeah Thor's much stronger and won that fight. and Hulk only got the advantage because of the slave disc.

It's a gimmick, Hulk has routinely been beaten up by weaker characters and yes, he normally has limits to his strength. Hulk was clearly unable to "hulk up" to beat The Maestro, an older future version of himself. He was also inferior to the Red Hulk(general ross) and Wendigo.

This theoretical limitless strength has almost never, ever materialized in his whole history. The closest thing was a side story called secret wars when he lifted up a mountain. Keep in mind Thor lifted up and tossed the midgard serpent...a giant snake that wraps around the world.

Almost all of that is side stories, Hulk has never ever been strong enough in a main continuity to just beat up guys like Sentry. He has always went down to Thor if Thor fought for real, even without his hammer or lightning powers. In fact Thor beat a amped up Hulk in Fear Itself, along side an amped up Thing at the same time. Killed one of them too. Normally, he does not possess or display limitless strength. I know all the feats you guys are talking about, you might as well count Wolverine as the most powerful Marvel hero then since they had a comic run where he killed everyone else in the universe(hulk and gods included).

You're not wrong except the Wolverine thing. But you were wrong in trying to imply that Hulk's max was mountain level when he's regularly far above it.

Im not wrong, there was a comic arc where wolverine killed everyone and hulk still is not stronger than Thor, Silver Surfer, Sentry, etc. His strength regularly fails him against a stronger opponent, he never unlimited muscles anyone.

Even his stronger incarnations had limits. Enough off topic shit, Hulk would do nothing in DBZ because everyone is a superior fighter and close to his strength or stronger. He loses half the time to Ben Grimm, most Z fighters would kick his ass.
