11pm hits and I'm just fucking wired. It's to the point where I'm looking for an overnight job because I think it would just be more pleasant then my current day job.

What's wrong with me?

You ate too much Capn Crunch before you went to bed.

On the real though if you eat food a couple hours before you sleep, it'll be harder to stay asleep.

Honestly sounds like you have delayed sleep phase disorder.

I was never diagnosed with it but I'm convinced I have it since similar to you I can be tired all afternoon at work and stuff, and then nighttime hits and I wake the fuck up. It's physically impossible for me to fall asleep before 1am without melatonin supplements.
