Heres how to make scrambled eggs.

Crack 3 eggs into a small sauce pan with a couple of pads of butter.

Turn the heat on and stir vigorously for 30 seconds, then take it off the heat and stir for 30 seconds.

Keep going until the eggs just set up. Turn off the heat and add a Tbl of sour cream, stir through, season to taste and done.

Creamy delicious eggs.

On topic, the eggs in the picture you posted look like how I would make them for an omelette. If I am making scrambled I usually drench them in cheese.

I don't eat it by itself. I usually like eating it with White rice and put some spices and chives on my fully cooked scrampeld eggs. Glass of milk or oranges is awesome with it. Wet scrampeld eggs is just nasty looking with awful texture IMO.

Spices and chives don't rescue the eggs. Reduce your cooking time a bit and they won't be dry while still being in the style you like.

Believe it or not, while I might think purposefully making typos to get more posts and attention is asinine, I do agree with you to a point.

I don't really like "slimey" scrambled eggs either, but I do like them cheesy as all hell. I usually throw bacon and chives in as well.

it was a poor word choice on my part. all i meant was that's the way Gordon Ramsey does it, and his video on how to do it is pretty much synonymous with that method now. i obviously didn't mean to imply that he was the first person to ever do it that way, sheesh.

That's a surprisingly long post in reply to simple question that still manages to avoid answering the question. You got all the way through that post, without saying whether you think Gordon Ramsey introduced scrambled eggs to Britain, or not.
