I assume TC is talking about the drop leading to a slower tempo with a snare on 3. It's kind of dubsteppy, but not dubstep.

It's a series of drum hits dropping into and interloping into another set of beats that are unrhythmic. Doesn't have the wawawa sound though yeah.
