to a different kind of chemo, a more aggressive kind of chemo after my next round if a PT scan I'll be taking comes up positive for cancer or cell division or whatever.

The form of chemo is apparently pretty rough, which sucks because I've been tolerating my current regimen pretty well.

Fingers crossed I guess

Hopefully you don't have to but it has to be at least somewhat comforting to know there is still another level of treatment if this one doesn't work well enough

Thank ya! Yeah I've been loving it. Got a few games so far. It's been a great comfort to me.

Already blew through Zelda, but probably gonna go back and try for some more Shrines and stuff.

Mhm and it sounds like if nothing else this one would certainly do the job.

Still it sounds very unpleasant.

Hell, in the minuscule possibility that this escalated chemo doesn't work, then apparently there's several other chemo regimens that are on the table.

I saw this thread when you first posted but didn't have time to respond, and then I couldn't find it again. I went looking, and I just wanted to say I hope you and your oncologist find the regimen that works with the least discomfort for you. Cancer sucks. I hope you kick it to the curb.
