liver is literally the only organ that regrows so there's no reason not to give it to someone since you'll get it back

my mom is very old and I've used a lot of substances... BUT my liver tests came back in good condition and I would give part of my liver to save my mom.

I'd consider it, but only if the expected outcomes were good on both sides.
