A 17 y/o White Florida Kid who was filmed firing a BB Gun and yelling racist slurs as he targeted Black People will get a SLAP ON THE WRIST from his high school as the Principal said it was a "civil matter"!!

The Chiles High School Student shouted about attacking black people and used the n-word several times while he steered with his KNEES on the handwheel and used his other arm to shoot at people!!

He was heard saying "F****** n-word. Go and run b******. I'm coming for you. The South will rise again!!"

Principal Joe Burgess said the student was spoken to and "appropriately" disciplined but they had little power to punish him since it's a civil matter now. He said "You know, if you have enough students and eough people you have things happen. Things are never going to be perfect, as a school we are imperfect people. We strive to be perfect, but we are imperfect people. Unfortunately, there is a tough lesson that they are going to have to learn from this and i don't think any lesson like that they would have got from school"

He said there was no threat to their school as Local Superintendent, Rocky Hanna said he was "sickened" but what happened after the video was released but agreed with the principal that there's little they can do as the police will have to take matters on this even though the school has ZERO TOLEREANCE for bullying or hate speech

However, Police said the teen WILL NOT be charged either because a BB Gun isn't technically a FIREARM .

But students are o utraged and demanded he be expelled as Ernso Louissant said "This reckless behaviour can no tbe tolerated, and it does not reflect the values at Chiles"

This isn't the first time racism has happened at this campus as white kids were seen bringing CONFEDERATE FLAGS to school and hung them on their cars after the school banned them.

Do you think this freak should be charged with something?
