kinda. we also took money from them and were slowly giving them back.

it just placed a bunch of restrictions on what they could do with nuclear research. allowing them to make power plants, but not to make bombs. also made them undergo inspections.

but trump said fuck that, you make the bombs now! so he let them.

Mostly yeah, but there's probably a bit of hubris from the apparent capitulation of North Korea. NK doesn't have near the same sort of religious fanaticism feeding it that Iran does.

We don't sanction them and give back their money that we took from them and they don't enrich uranium past 5%, shut down an overwhelming majority of their centrifuges, and allow the UN to inspect their enriching facilities every month or so, off the top of my head

for the record, weapons-grade uranium has to be enriched over 90%
