Just say youre parked properly inside the lines
They park next to you, over the line in your spot even, so close that you cant even get out/in the drivers side and have to use the passenger door

Is it morally ok at that point to just open the driver door into their car with enough force to scratch the paint or even dent the door? Assume you drive an old shitbox and their car is quite a bit newer and nicer than yours

Sure, but if I was in this situation and found out who it was, it would be "morally okay" for me to knock their teeth out.

I would say it's morally neutral. Like don't intentionally try to damage their car but if you end up scratching something sux to suck. They shouldn't have parked like a moron.

No that isn't ok.

Tell me I'm wrong here.

1. You are a whiny little bitch if you even care about things like this in a situation where parking isn't incredibly scarce.

2. In situations where parking IS incredibly scarce you take what spots you can get. If you park next to a large vehicle that takes up almost two spots or next to a guy parking near or across the line and it pushes you close to line on your passenger side does it give the right to the next guy that shows up to scratch your car just because? Rather than imagine that he parked that way on purpose imagine the situations that have caused you to basically have to park that way in the past.

So you get back from shopping and cant get into your car, but youre the asshole for wanting them to park correctly? What

I think you misunderstand the topic. You are already parked, correctly i might add. They come along later and park like an asshole.
