I've honestly found some transwomen to be visually attractive. I don't consider that to be gay, not that I would hide my sexuality or think that would be a negative if I was.

So being attracted to trans people in itself is not homosexual.

Bailey Jay and Buck Angel are perfect examples of this. One most definitely looks female and one most definitely looks male.

However if you are a man and are having sex with someone with a penis, that is a homosexual act.

Likewise if you are a woman and having sex with someone with a vagina, that is a homosexual act.

Doesn't really make any of it wrong or weird though. People like who they like, the genitals shouldn't really matter unless that person simply isn't interested in one type of sex organ versus the other.

It's not. I'm not really sure how being attracted to feminine attributes could be ever be interpreted as gay. If what turns you on about a pre-op trans woman is the fact that she has a penis, then yes, you might land somewhere on the queer spectrum, but I don't think many trans women are going to be walking down the street advertising that. Generally, I think the people who makes these kind of comments don't like the idea of their sexuality being challenged and they end up condemning anything that might initially make them uncomfortable.
