They probably put that there after a bunch of people were granted refunds as a form of appeasement. They're parasites and their behaviour should not be entertained or even tolerated. Stupid people can't be reasoned with, only deterred. I think things like death threats or ridiculous lawsuits need corporal punishment to limit their frequency.
