Same thing in a school. Two guys think they're playing hero and go looking for the shooter and sees a guy with a gun. Said guy doesn't wear a police uniform. he shoots the guy. Police officer runs in and sees two guys playing hero, shoots both guys because they're carrying weapons and may be the shooter. They don't have the option to second guess themselves.


Not quite, but good try. Theres a difference between multiple secret service agents IMMEDIATELY responding to a threat versus law enforcement who arrive on scene 10-15 minutes later to respond to a threat.
