Much lower-ish gas prices most of the time, no long airport security searches, a much better economy etc.

I think its the best era of rap music overall but I would honestly live in this era over the 90s if only for tech purposes.

I gotta say, the late '90s and early '00s were the best time of my life. Hating school due to crippling anxiety aside, it was a pretty great time.

I miss the optimism from that period. Things were slowly getting better on all levels and almost no one would argue otherwise. Lots of important things today are just getting worse by the day and with no end in sight (endless wars, racism resurgence, etc). People have less hope for the future.
