They have item specifics, they can't sell the box with Item Specifics.

I am going to thoroughly check it for defects, if i don't like the brand newness, then i can just get a refund on some BS protocol.

Wouldn't even be my first time.

You're wasting time on a guaranteed scam. There's no point. It's not even worth the clicks.

If this isn't your first time, they'll likely ban you or deny your claim.

This is a 100% scam. Are you new to eBay? People have been running these scams for 2 decades now.

No, worst case scenario is you get banned from PayPal and losing the money. It doesn't matter if the claims are legit or bogus. After a certain amount they flag you and start getting harsh with you.

Stop spreading an obvious scam. It's like you coming here and going "hey, I just got an email from some prince who wants to give me $5 million".

Hmm that's a fair point, I'll talk to Paypal and eBay and shore things out. But I have never had to get a refund from paypal, so i doubt theyd'd deny me for the first time.

Yup, refund through eBay, where the client gave money back for an item I returned.

That would still count towards your eBay account at least. Which is not as important as your PayPal account, but still.

My point was to point out that these things do set off flags and telling people to buy without any research could screw them over.

Trust me, bots watch prices of these things 24/7. If an actual sale from somewhere legit is found, it would be all over deal sites and social media in 1-2 minutes.

This is good to know, i just had a chat with eBay and they informed the payment hasn't gone through, so i can cancel on the basis of it being a scam anytime i want.
