Okay in the movie before Rogers is given the procedure hes running with the platoon and they say if anyone grabs this flag they get to ride home. Rogers of course uses his brain to solve it but before he does the commander says no ones grabbed that flag in 27 years. Was that a Easter egg to another super hero?

I don't think so...I think it was just to show how long it took for someone to either do the same thing or someone to reach up and grab it.
