That 20 min episode had more emotion than the entire infinite war movie

As soon as he went 1,000,000% I wanted to cry. Shit was inspiring.

Honestly, hes definitely my favorite for a lot of reasons

He doesnt have a cliche sad backstory
His motivation is out of pure will
Hes super relatable
And hes not the most talented

Hes a lot like Spider-Man If that makes sense aside from the talent part

The only issue that people have with Midoriya is that he is a bit of a "crybaby". Not that is bugs me, but lots of other people are turned more to Bakugo or Icy-Hot instead because they are more... aggressive/cool?

Doesn't it feel a lot like the Bridge Arc from Naruto? Showing someone who doesn't believe in _______ why _______ is worthwhile, while constantly berating our main protag?

Theyre like that for a reason

They follow typical anime cliches, midoriya does not

I was a little disappointed in the anime, but only because this was one of my favorite chapters in the manga and I can't help but imagine all the little things I'd change to make it perfect.

But it was still a great episode.

I thought that interpretation was perfect
