Obviously not all of it. Geopolitics is complicated and a number of factors ranging from China and to negotiations from people Trump appointed (among them people he fired, afaik, since I think Tillerson contributed) seem to have contributed

i think it's fair to give credit where credit is due; this'll probably be his only major legacy achievement since November is shaping up to be really ugly for Reps and the two years post-that will be gridlocked but an accomplishment is an accomplishment

Nothing has even happened yet. North Korea has agreed to talk. The biggest things they want are not very appealing to South Korea or America. The biggest things those two want are not appealing to North Korea. So far there's no reason to expect anything beyond token gestures from North Korea.
