Since it isn't completely definite from the OP that they're anti-vax, due to them only lacking one shot and not specifically saying they were against vaccines, I looked through the comments for confirmation if they were or not.

I will share my findings for those who don't want to comb through.

Someone said it'd be easier to just get the shot.
They responded to it with:

That is not my belief. If that was an option I would not be considering legal action.

So yeah, they are indeed an anti-vaxxer and not just someone behind on their shots.

I have jumped through many hoops, written an appeal to the school, contacted my doctor in Ohio to send by mail past vaccines records, dug through my own records, and talked to many people from the school at this point about it. It would have been easier to get the vaccine than to contact a lawyer and deal with legal proceedings. I however for personal reasons do not believe in vaccines and will not get any (I have not in many years now), I understand that this may not be the popular standpoint on vaccines but would not like to be judged for my belief.

Vets here in UK had to make a statement that dogs couldn't get autism after the moronic movement spread to pets as well. Pretty much everyone who is part of it seems to be lacking in basic critical thinking skills so that they fail with it in other parts of life isn't terribly surprising.
